Residential Painter (full-time/part-time)
Purity Painting is looking to hire 1–2 dependable people in the Greater Mankato Area.
I’m especially looking for someone to work alongside myself (owner/operator) and eventually, to work independently as well. Someone who shows up, works hard, takes pride in the details, and can become someone I can truly rely on.
What the work includes:
• Interior and exterior residential painting
• Prep work, sanding, masking, caulking, etc.
• Brushing, rolling & airless spraying (if trained)
• Ladder work
• Shop work and jobsite organization
What matters most:
Dependability, honesty, good character, willingness to learn, and pride in doing things right.
Pay range:
• $18-$20/hr for someone newer but trainable
• $25-$30/hr for an experienced painter who does not need babysitting
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
• Must be physically capable and comfortable with working on ladders (1-2 stories for exterior) and staying active throughout the workday
• Consistent attendance, communication and strong work ethic
This position is not a good fit for someone who struggles with showing up consistently. For the right person, there is room to grow, earn more, and become a key part of Purity Painting.
